Assetrise Holdings has officially expanded its footprint in Nigeria’s real estate sector with the launch of AssetPremium Homes, unveiling 57 eco-friendly, ready-to-occupy residences across five flagship developments in Lagos as part of its commitment to accelerate urban regeneration while delivering sustainable communities that combine premium living with long-term investment value.
The new subsidiary was unveiled on 25 July 2026 at the Marriott Hotel, Ikeja GRA, before an audience of stakeholders from Nigeria’s construction, engineering, investment and real estate sectors.
Speaking at the press conference were Mr Rotimi Ojamamoye, Group Managing Director of Assetrise Holdings; Engr./Dr. Jide Soyemi, a construction and engineering expert with more than 31 years of industry experience; serial entrepreneur Segun Aderigbibe; Joy Usoh, an Asset Consultant with over 13 years of experience; Mr Kolawole Sarumi, Billionaire Realtors Group (BRG) Compliance Manager; Mrs Elizabeth Aiyegboyin, BRG-Assetrise Portfolio Manager.
The launch marks Assetrise Holdings’ expansion beyond land development into premium residential communities through a subsidiary dedicated to transforming established urban neighbourhoods into eco-friendly, secure and high-value residential destinations.
Assetrise Holdings is a registered member of the Real Estate Developers Association of Nigeria (REDAN) and certified by the Lagos State Real Estate Regulatory Authority (LASRERA). The integrated investment group operates across real estate, agro-industrial development, technology and education, with a portfolio spanning more than 8,000 hectares of developments and a growing base of asset owners. This track record underpins its capacity to deliver premium residential communities on schedule while maintaining high standards in planning, construction and post-completion management.
Speaking at the event, the Group Managing Director of Assetrise Holdings, Rotimi Ojamamoye, said the launch reflects the company’s long-term vision of redefining premium residential development in Nigeria.
“AssetPremium Homes represents the next phase of our journey as a company. We are moving beyond delivering properties to creating sustainable communities where premium architecture, environmental responsibility and long-term investment value exist together. Our objective is to regenerate urban communities while providing homeowners and investors with assets that continue creating value for decades.”
“We are not asking anyone to imagine what this will look like. The homes are built. The titles are clean. The keys exist. In a market where hundreds of Lagosians filed petitions over property transactions in the last year alone, that is the rarest thing we could have brought to the table.”
At the launch, AssetPremium Homes introduced a portfolio of 57 premium residential units strategically located within Lagos’ most desirable residential districts.
Designed for families, professionals, corporate executives, expatriates, diaspora investors and short-let operators, the developments combine contemporary architecture with premium finishes, eco-friendly living, spacious interiors and thoughtfully planned community infrastructure.
Residents will enjoy landscaped green areas, children’s playgrounds, adult recreational parks, CCTV surveillance, secure access control, treated water systems, interlocked roads, excellent drainage infrastructure, utility services, estate facilities management, ample parking and entertainment facilities, all designed to create environmentally responsible communities with lower long-term maintenance costs.
Unlike many residential developments marketed off-plan, AssetPremium Homes is entering the market with completed and near-completed projects, allowing buyers to take possession of their homes within one to five months.
The majority of the 57 units are scheduled for handover no later than November 2026, providing buyers with significantly greater certainty around delivery while reducing the construction risks commonly associated with off-plan developments.
According to Assetrise Holdings, this approach reflects growing demand for premium housing that combines quality construction with accelerated delivery timelines.
Regenerating Urban Communities
Assetrise Holdings said AssetPremium Homes was established to address more than housing demand.
The company describes the new subsidiary as a platform for urban regeneration, focusing on revitalising mature residential districts through carefully planned premium developments that improve neighbourhood quality while creating constant economic value.
While expanding into distant suburban locations, AssetPremium Homes is concentrating on established residential corridors including Omole, Magodo and Ojodu, areas with a documented history of sustained property value appreciation and immediate proximity to the Ikeja Central Business District, major transport routes, shopping centres and entertainment hubs.
These location advantages continue to support strong rental and short-let demand. The estates have also been planned with drainage-conscious engineering in neighbourhoods with no recorded history of flooding, reinforcing the company’s emphasis on resilient community planning alongside premium residential living.
Every AssetPremium Homes development, the company said, is built around five strategic pillars: Premium Architecture, Eco-Friendly Living, Smart Security, Community Lifestyle and Investment Excellence.
Speaking on the engineering philosophy behind the developments, Engr./Dr. Jide Soyemi said sustainable residential projects should be measured by the quality of planning and infrastructure as much as by architectural design.
“The future of residential development lies in creating communities that remain structurally sound, environmentally responsible and economically sustainable over time. Quality housing today is measured not only by aesthetics but also by engineering excellence, efficient planning and infrastructure capable of serving generations to come.”
“The engineering standard here is not cosmetic. Drainage, structural specification, the solar systems and the bio-digesters were designed for a thirty-year horizon, not a handover photograph.”
For AssetPremium Homes, sustainability is positioned not merely as an environmental commitment but as an economic proposition for homeowners and investors.
Every development at request is designed with green solar power systems, bio-digester waste treatment infrastructure, treated water systems, energy-efficient planning and landscaped green environments intended to improve operational efficiency throughout the life of the property.
According to the company, the commercial rationale is straightforward.
