According to him, God has commissioned a dual mandate for the event: to bring spiritual deliverance to the people and address their physical and economic challenges through practical interventions.
Speaking during a media briefing on Saturday, Hezekiah explained that the vision for this year’s event goes beyond conventional preaching and worship sessions.
“God has instructed us not only to minister to the spiritual needs of the people but also to provide practical support that will ease some of the burdens many families are carrying in these difficult economic times,” he said.
He said the seven-day programme, scheduled to hold from June 22 to June 28, at Ori-Oke Anu (Mountain of Mercy) in Erio-Ekiti, Ekiti State, is expected to attract thousands of worshippers from across Nigeria and beyond.
As part of efforts to fulfil what he described as God’s assignment, he announced a series of welfare initiatives targeted at vulnerable families.
“Special financial assistance and gift packages have been prepared for parents who recently welcomed newborn babies, including families blessed with twins and triplets,” he said.
According to him, while material gifts cannot replace the gift of life, the ministry believes it is important to support families with essential items to improve their well-being.
The cleric also disclosed that the ministry has concluded arrangements for free transportation services from major cities across the country to ensure that financial limitations do not prevent anyone from attending the programme.
“Pilgrims travelling from Lagos, Ibadan, Abuja, and Port Harcourt will benefit from the complimentary transportation scheme. Adequate security and welfare measures have also been put in place to cater to the anticipated large turnout,” he said.
