HOC Capital Club, in partnership with Cersei Partners, has launched the world’s first global advocacy community dedicated to promoting modern global citizenship. This initiative is founded on the belief that globally minded individuals should have both access and influence, not merely the ability to move across borders, but the power to shape policies, influence systems, and foster global progress.
The platform unites high-net-worth individuals, entrepreneurs, policymakers, and forward-thinking leaders to organise structured advocacy around key global issues, including mobility rights, taxation, cross-border investment, and equitable access to opportunities. Membership is highly selective, requiring verified second citizenship, a minimum net worth of $2 million, and strict standards of credibility and global engagement, ensuring a network capable of meaningful influence and collaboration. Advocacy is central to the mission.
Members will act as a coordinated voice, engaging with multilateral institutions, shaping inclusive policies, and advancing frameworks that support sustainable development, economic inclusion, and responsible global mobility.
Through strategic partnerships with international development organisations and global policy bodies, the initiative aims to promote dialogue aligned with the Sustainable Development Goals, unlock cross-border investment in emerging markets, foster inclusive mobility frameworks, and connect private capital with public-sector priorities. Members will also gain access to high-level diplomatic engagements, curated forums, and policy roundtables.
“This is more than a community, it is a movement towards a new global identity,” said a spokesperson for HOC Capital Club. “We are building a platform where global citizens become active architects of the systems that shape their lives across borders.”
The Club’s flagship Lagos facility, opening in April 2026, will serve as the founding hub. The 1,950-square-metre space will feature exclusive lounges, dining and bar experiences, a swimming pool, private cinema, rooftop terrace, amphitheatre, and access to a dedicated corporate private jet. With Lagos as its launch base and a global vision from the outset, the initiative redefines belonging in a borderless world, positioning global citizenship as both a responsibility and an opportunity.
