I have held senior leadership roles in premium full-service facility as Fullmoon Hotels Limited and Transtel Hotels Limited all in Owerri. My expertise spans operations, guest experience management, revenue optimisation, and team development. At Summer Inn Essentials, I am responsible for upholding our commitment to excellence, ensuring seamless daily operations, and positioning the property as a benchmark for modern hospitality in Imo State.

Summer Inn Essentials, Owerri is a newly opened, modern boutique hotel, strategically located in the serene Pocket Layout along Jacob Zuma Way, New Owerri. We are designed as a premium hospitality destination that blends contemporary elegance with warm, personalised service, creating a true “home away from home” for both leisure and business travellers.
In terms of classification, while we do not yet carry an official international star rating (as we are in our inaugural phase), we operate as a premium boutique standard equivalent to a 4-star property. Our focus is on refined comfort, meticulous attention to details, and high-end amenities rather than mass-market scale. The property features thoughtfully curated accommodations in four elegant categories: One, Premium Rooms: (N50,000 per night), ideal for value-conscious guests seeking modern comfort and convenience. The CEO, Leonard Chinonye Nwaogwugwu, provides strategic oversight, while department heads/supervisors bring specialised expertise.
