Mushin blast caused by mechanical failure, not bomb - CP Fatai

Commissioner of Police, Lagos State Police Command, CP Tijani Fatai, has dismissed fears that the explosion which occurred in Mushin on June 22, 2026, was caused by an Improvised Explosive Device (IED), terrorism or any other criminal activity.
