“I want a new challenge out of Serie A. I follow the Premier League with great attention,” Leão said.
He also indicated that a move to Spain would appeal to him, believing his qualities would be well suited to either competition.
“If I have the opportunity to play there or La Liga I would be really happy because my talent would be exalted there,” he added.
Leão stopped short of confirming any plans to leave Milan but acknowledged that his future remains uncertain ahead of the summer transfer window.
“Let’s see what will happen this summer,” he said.
The comments are likely to spark fresh speculation over the winger’s future, with several top clubs across England and Spain having been linked with him in recent years.
Leão remains one of Milan’s key players and has established himself as one of Europe’s most dangerous attacking talents since joining the Rossoneri.
