The company stated that the vehicle will be distributed through a network of accredited dealers, including Elizade Nigeria Limited, New Era AutoVehicle Services Limited, Kojo Motors, Germaine Auto Centre, Tab Autos Limited, R. T. Briscoe Motors, and Mandilas Autos, as the brand expands its footprint in the country.
Safety features are a central part of the offering. The X70 Plus comes equipped with multiple airbags, including front, side, and curtain units, along with electronic driver-assist systems such as vehicle stability control, hill-start assist, and hill-descent control, all aimed at improving handling on uneven and hilly terrain.
The SUV also integrates an electronic parking brake with auto-hold, as well as a 360-degree camera system supported by front and rear sensors, reflecting a broader shift among automakers toward driver-assistance technologies in this segment.
Inside, the model combines digital interfaces with comfort-focused features. A 10.23-inch touchscreen supports phone connectivity, while the cabin includes a panoramic sunroof, wireless charging, and an eight-speaker sound system. Climate control is managed through a digital interface, with rear air vents and air purification included.
Under the hood, it is powered by either a 1.5-litre or 1.6-litre turbocharged engine, delivering up to 145kW and 290Nm of torque, paired with a dual-clutch automatic transmission.
The X70 Plus is also equipped with advanced driving and convenience systems, including an electronic gear shifting system, smart entry, and push-start ignition. Drivers can switch between Eco, Normal, and Sport modes depending on driving conditions.
With seven-seat capacity, large body dimensions, and an automatic tailgate, the model targets families and commercial users who prioritise space and flexibility.
