His professional career spans over a decade of progressive engineering and enterprise technology work. He began as a graduate engineer at ExxonMobil Corporation and Saipem (ENI Group) before transitioning into enterprise technology consulting, delivering complex multi-cloud Salesforce implementations in senior roles at IBM as Lead Consultant and Technical Architect, and at Deloitte Canada. His client portfolio includes RBC, BMO, IBM, Roche (Genentech), Tata Consulting Services (TCS), and other global institutions.

As President & CEO of Manifest & Company Inc. (a Salesforce Consulting Partner) and Founder & CEO of BlackForce, Babatope has built a platform that has supported more than 5,000 learners across Canada, the United States, and Africa, combining structured technical training, career mentorship, and hands-on work experience.
