State visit: Tinubu to commission 5km Mende-Opebi Bridge, other projects in Lagos
President Bola Tinubu will be commissioning some critical infrastructure projects in Lagos, as part of his two-day official visit to the state, Gbenga Omotoso, Commissioner for Information and Strategy, confirmed on Monday.
President Bola Tinubu will be commissioning some critical infrastructure projects in Lagos, as part of his two-day official visit to the state, Gbenga Omotoso, Commissioner for Information and Strategy, confirmed on Monday.
The projects, according to Omotoso, who addressed the media alongside some members of the state executive council, include the 5.04km Mende-Opebi Link Bridge, in Ikeja; a Multi-Agency Office Complex, at Alausa, Ikeja; Abijo Food Hub, near Epe; Tolu School Complex, in Ajeromi-Ifelodun Local Government Area of the state, and Geographical Information Centre.
While, the Mende-Opebi Bridge, Geographical Information Centre, and the Multi-Agency will be commissioned on Wednesday, April 8, the Tolu School Complex will be commissioned on Thursday, April 9, 2026.
