“Today we surrendered. Now we build together with God,” Ndubuisi Chidomere, founder and group chairman, Pamtech Group, stated during the summit. He announced further that participants would be onboarded into a structured follow-up community to continue the work of transforming their businesses into sustainable, kingdom-focused enterprises.
Rather than a traditional motivational address, Chidomere framed his message as a live diagnostic exercise, using an automotive fault-code scanner as a metaphor to ‘read the faults’ keeping Christian entrepreneurs from thriving in the Nigerian economy.
He added that diagnosis without repair is expensive information, while surrendering without follow-through is just an emotional moment. “We are the most prayerful business people on earth, and too often the most stranded.
“We dominate the church on Sunday and disappear from the economy on Monday. Something is not moving well, and it is time to read the codes,” Chidomere stated, while sharing his five fault codes that drew insight from his own journey.
For each fault code disclosed, Chidomere shared practical repair steps alongside principles he credits for Pamtech’s growth, including a commitment to integrity, excellence and serving the prosperity of clients; a philosophy he summarises in his signature conviction, “Oluwa is involved.”
