GIG Mobility (GIGM) has announced plans to host its 2026 Product Conference as part of efforts to address persistent gaps and fragmentation in Nigeria’s mobility and logistics sector.
GIG Mobility (GIGM) has announced plans to host its 2026 Product Conference as part of efforts to address persistent gaps and fragmentation in Nigeria’s mobility and logistics sector.
The company said the conference would focus on building a seamless and fully integrated mobility ecosystem, amid ongoing challenges such as multiple booking platforms, inconsistent travel experiences, and disconnected payment and logistics systems.
The event, themed “INTEGRATO,” is scheduled to hold on April 23, 2026, at Eko Hotel & Suites and is expected to convene industry leaders, policymakers, and technology innovators to explore the future of transportation and logistics in Africa.
Enahoro Okhae, Chief Executive Officer of GIGM, in a statement on Friday said the initiative signals a shift from isolated service delivery to a unified system that connects all aspects of travel and logistics.
According to him, the current mobility landscape requires users to rely on multiple solutions to complete a single journey, creating inefficiencies and inconvenience. He noted that the company aims to streamline the process by integrating services such as booking, transportation, payments, accommodation, and logistics into a single coordinated platform.
Okhae added that the conference would serve as a platform to demonstrate these innovations in real time, with participants expected to witness product launches and live demonstrations of the company’s integrated systems.
GIGM further disclosed that the event would feature keynote sessions and panel discussions aimed at challenging existing mobility models and highlighting the role of technology in improving efficiency and accessibility across the sector.
The company maintained that its integrated approach is designed not only to enhance user convenience but also to unlock broader economic opportunities by connecting people, businesses, and services more efficiently.
“As urbanisation and digital adoption continue to grow, GIGM said the demand for reliable and seamless mobility solutions is increasing, stressing that integration remains critical to sustaining growth in the sector.
“The conference is expected to position the company as a key player in the evolution of mobility in Nigeria, with a focus on delivering a unified travel experience that eliminates inefficiencies across the value chain.
“GIGM is a Nigerian mobility company providing transport and logistics services, with a focus on leveraging technology to enhance customer experience and expand access to integrated travel solutions,” the statement read.
