Nandap reportedly characterised the alleged acts as unacceptable and a clear violation of the Service’s core values and operational standards.
“The Nigeria Immigration Service will not tolerate any behaviour that undermines public trust or compromises the integrity of its operations,” the statement emphasised.
The Service said it has mandated a comprehensive investigation to identify all officers involved in the alleged misconduct.
It assured that any personnel found culpable would face immediate disciplinary action in line with established rules and regulations.
